Chitwan. Food grains have been distributed to 248 households of village ward number 7 of Makwanpur district Raksirang. Tuesday, food and nutrition materials were distributed in coordination with the financial support of the non-governmental organization Shanti Med Nepal and Little Flower Society.
According to the organization’s regular schedule, food and nutrition were distributed in order to make the daily life of the marginalized community easy. According to Father Bibin, a bag of rice and 2 kg of pulses were distributed to every household in that ward, and fruits, eggs, biscuits, chocolate were distributed to the children of Chepang community.
Father Cyril Jacob, Gizo Garg, CBM participated in the program. Earlier on Sunday, society distributed food and nutrition to 220 poor and Chepang communities of Madi Bandarjhula. The materials have been distributed in coordination with the ward president Ram Bahadur Praja. Director Bibin informed that the organization has distributed food and educational materials worth one crore in Chitwan, Nawalparasi and Makwanpur only during the corona period.
