CHITWAN . The social organization Nepal Little Flower Society has distributed food grains to 220 households of the poor and Chepang community of Bandarjhula, Madi Municipality Ward No. 9. In order to make the daily life of that community easy, today the society has distributed food with the help of Shanti Made Nepal.
Father Roby KU, Principal of Little Flower School, Sehri Nawalparasi, informed that 1 bag of rice and 3 kg of lentils were distributed to every household today. In addition, nutritious food has been distributed to 175 students from those poor families.
The director of the society Father Bibin, Father Jacob, Father Rins and secretary Gobind Paudel participated in the food distribution program. Ghanshyam Dawadi, Chairman of Madi Municipality Ward No. 9, had a special presence on that occasion. The program was coordinated by local Binod Chepang.
Last week too, the society distributed food to the poor and Chepang communities of Shaktikhor and Raksirang of Makwanpur, and on Friday, they distributed water and biscuits to 600 travelers stranded on Narayangadh Muglin road. Even during the Corona period, food and educational materials worth more than 1 crore were distributed in Chitwan, Makwanpur and Nawalparasi.
Nepal Little Flower Society has been working in the field of education and health for a long time. Four schools are operating in Nepal under the society.
